Take me into the water
The waters of the sea
Where no one will know
What has become
Of my humble destiny
Dolphins will be there
Dancing with whales
Above bright colored snails
That reside within
Pale colored shells
Mermaids sing to Poseidon
As mermen guard
His coral throne
That sits upon the deck
Of a sunken ship
Harboring both
Skull and bone
Shiny treasures rest therein
Where clowns that swim
Laugh at the bubbles
As I let float
All my troubles
Up and out from the surface
My life would have a purpose
If you would only
Take me into the water
The waters of the sea...
